Ms. Moolla has over 28 years of experience spanning careers in Architecture and Information Technology. As an Architect, Ms. Moolla was involved in a number of large-scale residential and commercial ventures in Toronto, Canada. In the past 16 years, Ms. Moolla has successfully designed, developed and implemented a large number of commercial website and e-commerce solutions for a variety of industries including telecommunications, social networking, construction, and finance as well as websites for organizations in the private and public sector. Ms. Moolla has been involved with a number of software startups in the past 10 years, including the dating site that became Match.com, a proprietary Bid/RFP procurement and subscription system (now publicly traded as Onvia) and a Syndicate Municipal Bond Trading platform. She is currently the Founder and CEO of 7th Wave Media, a New Media and Technology company, and Founder/CEO of Neighborhoodnow, an online social network connecting people and communities through online event calendars. She is also the Producer of SocialBiz 2010, a bi-annual Conference on New and Social Media.
Ms. Moolla holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
